GREG FAWSON
CEO
Before joining the droidconHQ team, Greg oversaw the development of SAAS solutions based on machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing and deep-learning technologies. Greg has spent almost two decades as a successful entrepreneur, technology analyst, market researcher and technology consultant. Greg holds an MSc. in Technology and Innovation Management from the Brandenburg Technical University and the University of Applied Sciences in Brandenburg.
PATRICIA POHLE
Head of Team / Commercial Manager
Patricia has been with Messe Berlin for over 16 years in a variety of roles where she has used her vast experience to successfully lead teams, head projects and drive new initiatives. As Head of Team at droidcon, Patricia is responsible for all aspects of personnel management, creating a great working culture and ensuring the team has what it needs to succeed. Patricia also heads up budgeting, financial planning, forecasting and liquidity planning for the droidcon team.
JANA HILLE
Head of Events
Jana has more than 17 years of Project Management experience at Messe Berlin. She currently oversees all aspects of droidcon event production for the three headquarter events: droidcon NYC, droidcon SF and droidcon Berlin.
EMILANO FRAU
Head of Global Corporate Partnerships
Passion driven professional and startup enthusiast. International background with professional experience in Italy, Spain and Germany. Fluency in 4 languages. Experience in new markets opening. Main interests: business development, languages, technology, digitalization, venture development, expansion in new markets, growth strategy, sales. Emiliano is responsible for existing corporate partner management, global corporate partner acquisition and full sales cycle management.
ULI QUASEBARTH
Head of Digital Platforms
Prior to joining the droidcon HQ team as a Marketing & Communications Manager, Uli managed marketing and communications for both tech companies and consumer brands. He has been an entrepreneur and worked as a freelancer helping companies optimize their communications. As Head of Digital Platforms, Uli continues to drive our community outreach through multiple channels and our digital platform ecosystem.
RITA SCHÖNBERG
Project Manager
Rita has been at Messe Berlin for 7 year, in which time she has managed cutting edge projects such as the CUBE tech fair which is a Berlin-based global innovation ecosystem that aims to promote, create and foster partnerships between industry players and startups in life sciences, food tech/ agriculture, machinery/ manufacturing and infrastructure/ connectivity.
